ShareThisExplosion in RCMP detachment injures mountie 10 May 2010 Police are investigating how an explosive device went off inside an RCMP detachment in eastern Alberta. It happened just before two this afternoon in Kitscoty, which is just west of Lloydminster. RCMP spokesperson Patrick Webb says an officer was handling the device at the time, and had to be taken to hospital in Lloydminster.
